Enjoy what you eat is significantly different from eat what you enjoy. Personally, it’s important to me that the food I eat tastes good and is enjoyable to eat. I lived in India for 2 years, and love Indian food. Sometimes, I find it too spicy hot but I love a good curry with lachna paratha, my favorite Indian bread. Lachna paratha is generally made from white flour but eating it once in a while, I enjoy it without any guilt!
